Acute Subdural hematoma in an old man

74 years gentleman Previously diagnosed: K/c/o Parkinsonism, hypertension and DM, under medication Previously undergone cardiac pacemaker for cardiac arrhythmia He was taking anticoagulant Rivaroxabin. Now presented with history of fall from bed 5 days back and fall on bathroom 2 days Has reduced level of consciousness and vomiting. On examination, his BP: 200/90 mm Hg and SpO2: 96% in room air. GCS was E4 V1 M5 (both hands) and pupils bilaterally 2 mm round, regular and reactive. He underwent craniotomy and evacuation of acute subdural hematoma.
